When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Fiveways Fruit Farm and Partners, and yourself.  By purchasing this ticket, you accept that Fiveways Fruit Farm and Partners are not liable for any injuries or accidents to visitors while on site, accidental loss or damage to personal effects howsoever caused, and that you use these premises and all facilities at your own risk.  Tickets are non-refundable and we are unable to offer refunds if you miss your slot or are unable to attend for any reason, including the weather conditions. Please read the information below carefully before booking.

TICKETS

Entry to PYO will ONLY be through an admission ticket purchased via our website.

Please arrive 15 minutes either side of your allotted time slot.

Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your ticket.  Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.  Entry is only permissible when the Fiveways Fruit Farm DigiTicket barcode is presented, either printed out or on your smart device.  We reserve the right to take walk-ins, subject to availability and at our discretion.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Tickets are non- refundable after purchase.  You have the option to later change your booking date or time.  When purchasing your tickets, please create an account on the billing details page.  This will allow you to login into your account and amend your booking date and time up to 24 hours prior to your original booking.

If Fiveways Fruit Farm and Partners has to close for whatever reason, including bad weather, safety or technical issues, tickets will be refunded in full.

SAFETY

Please be aware we are a working farm, therefore the ground is uneven in places, and may be muddy. The orchard is not really suitable for pushchairs. Please wear suitable footwear and take care.  All children under 16 years old are required to be supervised fully during their visit to Fiveways Fruit Farm by an adult over the age of 18 years. Normally fruits can be picked from the ground. Occasionally ladders are provided to access higher fruits. When using the ladders both feet must rest on either the first or second rungs. We advise all customers NOT to use the higher rungs as there is a risk, if not used properly, of the ladder tipping over.

Please do not visit if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of COVID.

Fiveways Fruit Farm reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if the rules are broken or if behaviour is considered inappropriate.

Strictly no dogs are permitted in the orchard, except for assistance dogs

GENERAL BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND FURTHER INFORMATION

These terms and conditions apply to all and any Fiveways Fruit Farm Event.  Terms and Conditions relating to a specific Event must be read in conjunction with and in addition to the General Terms and Conditions and Booking Requirements.  We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

In these Terms and Conditions,

‘Fiveways Fruit Farm’ – referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’ and/or, and

‘Event’ – means any event offered to the public and conducted at Fiveways Fruit Farm, and

‘PYO’ – means the Fiveways Fruit Farm Pick Your Own Event.

·  Our priority is the safety of our staff and visitors.  We expect our staff to welcome you to Fiveways Fruit Farm and help you during your visit and, in return, we expect all our customers to treat our staff with respect.  We have a zero-tolerance policy against any violent or aggressive behaviour towards our staff.  Anyone who displays this kind of behaviour will be asked to leave the Event and Fiveways Fruit Farm immediately.

·   Toddlers and babies under 1 year old do not require an admission ticket and may enter with an adult with a valid admission ticket.

·   We require sight of all admission tickets on arrival at Fiveways Fruit Farm.  Confirmation of the admission tickets booked can be printed out or shown electronically on a smart phone.

·   Admission tickets are non-refundable and are only valid for the timed session for which they have been booked.

·   Containers for fruit are provided but you are welcome to bring your own containers if you prefer.  If you are using your own container, please ensure your container is weighed empty before entering the PYO fields.  The weight of your container will be recorded before you go into the fields.

·   Once you have finished picking fruit, please return to the PYO POP UP to have your fruit weighed and to pay for your fruit. If any staff believe a customer is leaving the PYO Event without paying for fruit they have picked, our staff are entitled to challenge customers and ask them to return to the POP UP to pay

·   It is not permitted to bring food and eat within the orchard. Please be advised the orchard is not a picnic area.

·   Remember that throughout the duration of your visit, you are responsible for the safety of yourself and others in your group.

·   Please wear appropriate footwear for uneven ground and come dressed appropriately for the weather on the day.

·   Follow the signs for the designated Fiveways Fruit Farm car park.

·   Order of entry for your timed session will be on a first come first serve basis, but everyone with an admission ticket for that session will be guaranteed entry.

·   Please be respectful of other customers in the fields and pick at your allocated row/station

·   Please take any litter home with you.

·   Someone from our team will be on hand to assist and guide you.

·   Please do not walk around any part of the farm other than the specified area of the Event.

·   Fiveways Fruit Farm is a working farm and machinery, and farm vehicles may be operating close by.  Please take care.

 ·   On arrival, please go directly to the main PYO POP UP for your admission to be confirmed and to pick up containers into which you will pick your fruit.

·   Details of prices for the fruit will be clearly visible on arrival

·   The orchard has rain covers which keep the majority of the tree/fruits dry. Fruits can be picked reasonably easily in showery weather without the picker getting wet but picking is difficult and not advised in heavy rain.

·   Fiveways Fruit Farm currently only offers PYO cherries. However there is a good possibility that PYO table-top strawberries under cover will also be available in 2024.
