Can I bring my dog?

Strictly no dogs are permitted in the orchard, except for assistance dogs

Do I need to print my ticket?

We require sight of all admission tickets on arrival at Fiveways Fruit Farm.  Confirmation of the admission tickets booked can be printed out or shown electronically on a smart phone.

Can I get a refund if I can't make it or have a ticket I can no longer use?

Tickets are non- refundable after purchase.  You have the option to later change your booking date or time.  When purchasing your tickets, please create an account on the billing details page.  This will allow you to login into your account and amend your booking date and time up to 24 hours prior to your original booking.

If Fiveways Fruit Farm and Partners has to close for whatever reason, including bad weather, safety or technical issues, tickets will be refunded in full.

Is the orchard suitable for pushchairs?

Please be aware we are a working farm, therefore the ground is uneven in places, and may be muddy. The orchard is not suitable for pushchairs.

Can I bring my own container?

Containers for fruit are provided but you are welcome to bring your own containers if you prefer.  If you are using your own container, please ensure your container is weighed empty before entering the PYO fields.  The weight of your container will be recorded before you go into the fields.

Once you have finished picking fruit, please return to the PYO POP UP to have your fruit weighed and to pay for your fruit. 

Can I bring a picnic?

It is not permitted to bring food and eat within the orchard. Please be advised the orchard is not a picnic area.

What should I wear?

Please be aware we are a working farm, therefore the ground is uneven in places, and may be muddy.  Please wear appropriate footwear for uneven ground and come dressed appropriately for the weather on the day

Where do I park?

Follow the signs for the designated Fiveways Fruit Farm car park.

How much is the fruit?

Details of prices for the fruit will be clearly visible on arrival, prices start from £7/kg
